Brooke Powers is currently the Managing Director of Academics, Equity, & Social Justice at Open Up Resources. As a former middle school math teacher, she champions the idea that every student can excel with access to engaging, grade-level mathematics that incorporates student identities. Brooke leverages her experience from teaching, designing and delivering professional learning, and creating openly accessible curricula to craft inspiring and actionable presentations for educators and leaders. Her goal is to empower educators with practical strategies that foster equity, engagement, and academic excellence in every classroom.
